March 7, 2021 - (North Vancouver, BC) Obsession: Bikes, a popular independent bike shop in Lower Lonsdale in North Vancouver has added a second location selling only e-bikes reports the North Shore News.

Following a successful soft launch earlier this year, their e-bike store located in the Brewery District at 382 Esplanade East, is going strong says owner James Wilson. “E-bikes are a great equalizer and the public’s response shows people are charged up about electric rides.”

Established in 2006, Obsession: Bikes’ second location joins the growing e-bike movement on the North Shore where several other e-bike shops have seen success as well.

The North Vancouver city and district are also working on a joint plan, still in the early development phase, that would bring an e-bike sharing program to all of North Van.
