March 28, 2021 - The Tern GSD R14 has been reinvented for 2021 but retains many of the incredible features that fans love. The 6061 Aluminum frame can hold 200kg and can be folded in just five seconds. The drive system features a Bosch Cargo Line motor with 85Nm of torque and 400% support, a Gates CDX Belt Drive and a Rohloff Speedhub with a 526% gear range. Tern added the Bosch dual-battery system for 1000Wh and a range up to 206km. The heavy-duty frame incorporates an integrated rear rack that has multiple attachment points for add-ons including child seats or grocery baskets. Other features include Ignis headlights, a rear-stop brake light, Magura hydraulic disc brakes and an integrated Abus wheel lock. The SRP is $12,299.
