October 11, 2021 - The Bulls eMTB Race ePowered by Bosch was held in the afternoon on Day 2 of the Sea Otter Classic and welcomed U.S. Congressman Jimmy Panetta, to officially start the action.

Panetta along with fellow Congressman, Earl Blumenauer, introduced the E-BIKE Act (Electric Bicycle Incentive Kickstart for the Environment) to Congress to encourage the use of e-bikes.

Bulls rider Christian Husband from Corona, CA soloed into victory in the 6-lap Open Men’s race while Kelly Lalima from Fort Lauderdale, Fl. took the win in the Open Women’s competition.
