With support from Transport Canada, these events build on the work of our Shared Mobility Roundtables and continue a discussion initiated during our recent event exploring the impact of COVID-19 on Canada’s sustainable mobility agenda.

Our roundtables provide a unique forum bringing together policymakers from all three levels of government, practitioners, and private sector leaders. Our aim is to share knowledge and collaborate on the most exciting opportunities to re-imagine sustainable city-building in Canada.

Each event includes a moderated panel, and opportunities for broader discussion with attendees. The roundtables are envisioned as forums promoting cross-sectoral dialogue and engagement amongst participants.

Thanks to our support from Transport Canada, we are pleased to host these events free of charge. We invite you to register for one or both events through the registration links below. For additional information, please find the agenda attached.

On October 26th we are focusing on innovation in omni-channel commerce, urban logistics, and last-mile delivery. With an Eastern Canadian focus, the discussion will consider how innovation and new technology is disrupting traditional supply chains. We’ll also unpack how emerging retail and logistics solutions can help advance sustainable mobility in Canadian cities.

REGISTER NOW for Tuesday, October 26th, 2021, 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. EDT

On October 28th we are focusing on land use and the future of retail. With a Western Canadian focus, the discussion will consider how growing e-commerce is impacting traditional retail environments, including main streets and shopping malls. We will discuss opportunities that exist to re-imagine these environments.

REGISTER NOW for Thursday, October 28th, 2021, 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. PDT

A calendar placeholder will be emailed to you with the Microsoft Teams meeting link after registering.
