Hawaii Funds $700,000 for a $500 eBike Rebate for Residents as Gas Prices Soar

July 18, 2022 - (Honolulu, Hawaii) Hawaii is the latest state in the USA to now offer a $500 rebate on e-bikes, or 20% of the cost, for residents that qualify to help with rising gas prices and inflation reports HawaiiNewsNow.

Hawaii now offers a $500 rebate on e-bikes as part of a $700,000 for the program. ©

The state Department of Transportation has appropriated $700,000 for the program. Buyer must be enrolled in school or qualify for low-income assistance, and not own a registered motor vehicle.
