August 4, 2022 - E-Vertic is the new collection of Bianchi e-bikes with a disruptive design dedicated to enhance the ride. Characterized by a high-impact look that enhances off-road performance, thanks to the e-Vertic Bosch-powered platform, Bianchi wants to extend the MTB experience, fun and adrenaline to the Urban and Tourer world.
A burst of energy to enhance the pleasure of riding an e-bike. This is the philosophy behind Bianchi‘s e-Vertic range, a new family of e-bikes that defines its technological standard in the FX-Type Pro full-suspension carbon e-MTB and is declined in the other versions with aluminium frame: e-Vertic FX-Type (full-suspension e-MTB), X-Type (hardtail e-MTB), T-Type (e-Tourer) and C-Type (e-Urban).
This platform extends the performance standards typical of the mountain bike world to all cycling universes.
DOMINATE THE OFF-ROAD WITH E-VERTIC FX-TYPE PRO
The overall performance of the full carbon e-Vertic FX-Type Pro model leads the way for the entire collection, combining performance, experience and style. Bianchi engineers and designers have created an enduro e-MTB with an innovative look capable of unloading maximum power to tackle the more technical sections of singletrack.
The full-suspension carbon frame—with 160mm travel both front and rear—is characterised by the carbon section that joins the top tube and the downtube. This engineering solution distinguishes the aesthetics of the entire e-Vertic range but ensures greater front-end stiffness and improved responsiveness in off-road performance. Furthermore, to offer greater control of the bike in the most challenging areas, Bianchi engineers lowered the battery position and rotated the power package backwards to obtain an e-MTB with a lower centre of gravity for more control and responsiveness.
The progressive geometries of the frame are designed to ensure reactivity and precision. Indeed, the E-Vertic FX-Type Pro features a very short carbon frame that allows all the necessary power to be unloaded onto the rear wheel and easily overcome the steepest sections. Lastly, the front end has been designed with an open head angle of 66° that generates stability when riding. Specific components such as the 50 mm stem and the 780 mm handlebar give the E-Vertic FX-Type Pro extremely precise ride feel.
The new e-Vertic FX-Type Pro is completed by the Bosch Performance Line CX motor unit, with 85Nm torque and an integrated 750Wh Powertube battery that guarantees a maximum range of 155km. The new e-Vertic FX-Type Pro will be available from January 2023 in the original iridescent green colour with a matt anthracite base.
DIFFERENT GEOMETRIES, SAME SENSATIONS: THE NEW E-VERTIC FX-TYPE AND X-TYPE
The aesthetic and technological approach of the FX-Type Pro has also been applied in the development of the e-Vertic FX-Type (aluminium, full suspension) and the e-Vertic X-Type(aluminium hardtail). With 140mm of front and rear travel, the e-Vertic FX-Type guarantees the same responses as its big sister on the most demanding singletrack: reactivity, precision and control. FX-Type is available in light blue, red and green.
With the same soul but a different frame, X-Type is a hardtail characterised by the agility that the front frame can guarantee in the most technical passages. Rocks, roots and other natural obstacles are the ideal terrains to test this e-MTB equipped with a 100mm fork and a 625Wh Bosch Performance Line CX battery. The E-Vertic X-Type is available in light blue, red and grey.
E-VERTIC T-TYPE AND E-VERTIC C-TYPE: DAILY THRILLS
For those who want their everyday rides to have a dash more adrenalin, there are e-Vertic T-Type and C-Type. The Tourer and Urban versions of the e-Vertic are characterised by specific solutions such as the step-through frame to make it easier to get on and off the saddle even while wearing normal clothing, while the integrated mudguard-luggage rack system that protects from dirt accumulating at the roadside and a load capacity of up to 25kg. Finally, the 65 Lux light system with front and rear lights ensure maximum active and passive visibility.
The Tourer and Urban models are equipped with a Bosch Performance Line CX motor and a dual 400Wh and 500Wh battery option. E-Vertic T-Type is available in grey, emerald green and gold stone, while C-Type is available in elegant grey and champagne.
