Vélo Canada Bikes 3rd National Pedal Poll/Sondo Vélo Bike Count 2023 to be Held June 5-11

May 1, 2023 - Pedal Poll is back and ready for action June 5-11th this year. In this third installment, we are asking municipalities across Canada to get out and count!

We are again looking for a full weekday snapshot of locations as well as one weekend day within that week (weather in Canada can be so fickle, so you pick the best option!). 

Pedal Poll 2022 analysis is underway with summary reports to be completed in the summer. We know many of you are anxiously awaiting the numbers and work is rapidly progressing for both the reports and planning for Pedal Poll 2023!

For all of our previous locales, instructions for the 2023 count will be sent shortly, but if you have never conducted a Pedal Poll count and want to get in on the action, let us know! 

The official report for our first ever Pedal Poll 2021 has now been published.
