May 7, 2024 - The NBD S5i is Tern’s first step-through e-bike featuring an ultra-low 6061 aluminum comfort- minded frame design for easy mounting and dismounting. Plus, it’s easy to fold when you
want to pack it away. Centred around a Bosch Performance line motor with 65Nm of torque, a 500Wh battery, and assistance up to 32kph, other comfort features include ergonomic grips, swept-back handlebars, a suspension seatpost, and wide 20 x 2.15” Schwalbe Big Apple tires. With a 5-speed internal Shimano Nexus gear hub, coupled with a Gates Carbon Drive belt system for minimal maintenance, the NBD S5i is rounded out by Magura MT4 hydraulic disc brakes, and a Gaia rear rack.
