September 16, 2024 - Cycling Industries’ Europe has released the second edition of its groundbreaking report “Shared Ambition” which benchmarks the performance of bike sharing in 148 strategic EU cities.
The growing popularity of bike sharing offers a range of benefits to cities and helps enhance inclusivity and address transport poverty by providing people with low incomes access to sustainable mobility.
The report’s primary objective is to equip cities and policymakers with the tools to identify the potential for bike sharing to significantly contribute to the EU’s mobility, climate, and cycling policies, and to highlight key performance indicators for successful deployment of bike sharing.
