April 9, 2025 - (Milan, ITA) Ruff Cycles, the brand for stylish eBikes, is bringing a breath of fresh air to the road with the new Lil’Loco. From 9 April 2025, the striking 20’ x 4.0 fat bike with a supermoto look will add a fifth variant to the Ruff Cycles model family – and is aimed specifically at a younger, lifestyle-oriented target group. The entry-level price is 2,499 euros.
With the Lil’Loco, Ruff Cycles is making a statement in terms of individuality and design. The Lil’Loco is more than just a means of transport. The new eBike is designed to inspire young people to actively shape their mobility. It sees itself as a smart and durable alternative to the first moped, e-scooter or scooter.
The motorbike DNA has always been part of Ruff Cycles’ identity – and the Lil’Loco is a logical continuation of what began in 2016 with the iconic The Ruffian. Developed in collaboration with a renowned motorbike manufacturer, the Lil’Loco brings the powerful look of urban supermotos to an eBike format suitable for everyday use. The design line remains unmistakably Ruff Cycles: rebellious, confident and individual.
The tried-and-tested Bafang rear hub motor provides the electric boost, combined with a powerful 504 Wh battery that enables ranges of up to 80 kilometres.
‘With the Lil’Loco, we are deliberately targeting young people who want to be mobile. What used to be the first moped is now the Lil’Loco. An eBike that enables everyone to get from A to B quickly, safely and in a climate-neutral way,’ explains Managing Director Tuong ‘Mark’ Ngauv.
Premiere at the Fuorisalone 2025
The Lil’Loco will be presented to the public for the first time at the international design week ‘Fuorisalone’ in Milan. Ruff Cycles is once again supporting Nike’s official exhibition there, emphasising its proximity to creative culture, urban lifestyle and bold design.
Like all Ruff Cycles models, the Lil’Loco is manufactured in the company’s own factory in Bosnia-Herzegovina. The company thus continues to rely on proven strengths such as quality, craftsmanship and fair European production.
