May 5, 2020 - The Bafang M800 is an ultra-compact e-road power system designed to be quiet, lightweight, powerful and aerodynamic. The M800 comprises three parts: the 2.3kg motor, the 430Wh battery and the colour LCD handlebar display. Bafang uses speed and torque sensors to respond to on-road demands for optimized power output. With 200W of power output and a maximum torque of 55Nm, the unit’s total system weight is less than 4.4kg. The entire system can be hidden in the downtube and bottom bracket to maintain a sleek road-bike appearance. When not activated the drive train unit runs almost resistance free and is compatible with e-road, e- gravel and e-cyclocross bikes.
