California E-Bike Incentive Project Round #2 Application Window Launches TODAY May 29

May 29, 2025 - The California E-Bike Incentive Project application opens TODAY, May 29, 2025. To ensure a smooth experience, we’re using a dedicated waiting room at ebikeincentives.org, which will automatically direct you to the waiting room.

The first California eBike Incentive Project window closed in less than an hour due to high demand – the queue reached 100,000 people. ©

How does the waiting room work?
Join the waiting room anytime today from 5 p.m. – 6 p.m. PDT.
Your arrival time does not impact your place in line. All individuals who enter the waiting room by 6 p.m. will be placed in a queue at random and have an equal opportunity to access the limited number of applications.
Up to 1,000 applicants will be approved.
A total of $2 million (or approximately 1,000 vouchers) will provide income-eligible applicants up to $2,000 towards the purchase of an eligible e-bike.
