September 28, 2025 - Bikebook, a UK-based free digital online platform that helps connect consumers with bike shops and mechanics, recently launched in the United States and Canada. The North American launch follows success and rapid growth in the UK since launching its operations in 2021.

It also supports shops with its Workshop module, tailored specifically for bicycle businesses with an all-in-one Customer Relationship Management (CRM), workflow, tech department management, POS, inventory manage- ment, messaging features and more.
Over 400 UK businesses have integrated their Workshop management system, which in the USA costs $89 per month and includes a free trial.
As part of their US launch, Bikebook became an Associate Member of the National Bicycle Dealers Association (NBDA) offering members discounted Workshop services and more.
Bikebook currently has 88 bicycle retailers and mechanics listed on its US service directory with 150 more to onboard, while 38 are using their Workshop by Bikebook platform.
Bikebook is now making headway in Canada and has formed a partnership with Hamilton-based Micromobility Connect, which offers online training classes for e-bike repairs.
Elson made stops in Montréal, Winnipeg, and Nova Scotia, and their Workshop system in Canada is estimated at $119-$129/month. Their team is also working on the Canadian language selection.
