May 22, 2019 - Cube is partnering with Fazua to present its new Agree Hybrid C:62 SLT Disc, an innovative electric road bike that features a new Evation 1.0 drive system and battery unit. Fazua’s Evation 1.0 system provides a seamless, lightweight pedal-assist platform, as the battery and motor unit come in at a mere 4.59kg.
The bottom-bracket gearbox is fit with a motor that supports speeds of up to 25kph and uses 60Nm of torque, powered by a 250Wh battery that is integrated into the downtube and easily replaceable. The drive system is fully removable, meaning that the bike can be ridden without the battery and motor, as a cover can be fit to protect the now-empty area.
The C:62 SLT Disc features an advanced Twin Mold carbon aero road frame, flat-mount disc brakes and road-comfort geometry. For added rigidity, 12mm thru-axles front and back deliver a superbly nimble response, and the frame is big enough to accommodate 35mm tires and two bottle cages.
Compatible with 2x drivetrain systems, the top-end models are fit with Newmen carbon cockpit components and a Newmen Advanced SL R.25 wheelset. For more information, visit www.cube-bikes.ca. – CH
