October 21, 2025 - Last fall we rode together, standing up to government overreach. Since then we’ve won key battles, but the fight isn’t over. On Oct. 21 join us for a ride and rally on the one-year anniversary of Bill 212 and tell the province to stop playing politics:

When: Tuesday, October 21
Time: 5:30 pm
Where: University & Armoury (Scales of Justice statue)

In July, we won a major legal victory stopping the reckless and arbitrary attempt to rip out Toronto’s bike lanes.
The court’s decision was clear: the evidence showed the government’s own experts knew removing bike lanes would not reduce traffic congestion. When governments take actions that arbitrarily put people’s lives at risk, they can be restrained by the Charter.

Now Ford is doubling down by appealing the ruling, attacking the judiciary, and even musing about using the notwithstanding clause to override our Constitution over bike lanes. All in a quixotic scheme that will not fix traffic congestion and will put people’s lives at risk.
And now speed cameras are in the province’s line of sight?!? What else is next?!?
Enough is enough.
Together, let’s protect our streets and protect your rights.

P.S. While the rally conflicts with the virtual public consultation for the A Safer Kingston Road project, please plan to attend the in-person meeting next week on Monday, October 27. Our friends with Danforth-Kingston 4 All want to fill that room with supporters to help make Kingston Rd in Scarborough safer for everyone – pledge to attend here.
