About the Program
The Massachusetts Statewide E‑bike Voucher Program is part of the state’s strategy to reduce growth in vehicle miles traveled and greenhouse gas emissions in the Commonwealth. The Program will also contribute to the Commonwealth’s goal of providing affordable and accessible electrified transportation for low‑ and moderate‑income residents across the state. You can learn more about the state’s climate goals here.

The program offers two types of E‑bike vouchers that support low‑ and moderate‑income MA residents: Standard and Enhanced. All participants must be residents of Massachusetts. Voucher amounts will never exceed the total cost of an E‑Bike.
