September 10, 2025 - With the unveiling of the S-Works Turbo Levo 4 LTD Specialized has created a stunning eMTB sporting a striking Astral Blue paint job, and captured global attention with an equally stunning price $19,999 US/$24,999 CAD that not only breaks a price barrier but also rivals the cost of some cars.

The company released the new Turbo Levo 4 lineup this past April with the top of the line S-Works model at $15,399 US / $18,999 CAD setting a high bar, that only months later has been smashed with the new LTD model.

Some suggest that the upgrades such as the new Fox Podium fork, Trickstuff Maxima 4 piston, 223mm rotor brakes, and Cane Creek Electric Wings titanium 160mm cranks, don’t warrant the hefty price increase, but others contend that at such a lofty level, respective buyers are less concerned with the cost vs owning an immaculate, top-tier, head-turning ride that can do it all.
From a marketing standpoint it looks like Specialized has done it again, ensuring that the brand is top of mind and making headlines, while driving a creative buzz throughout the industry on many levels. With a $20,000 price point… do their models at $15,000 look more attainable?
