October 30, 2025 - The long-standing Toronto Bicycle Show and E-Bike Expo and its fall counterpart, the Bicycle Fall Blowout Sale, are both up for sale by Canadian Shows & Special Events Inc.
The move follows the recent Bicycle Fall Blowout Sale which was renamed the Toronto Bike & Outdoor Sale and held Oct. 3-4 at The International Centre in Mississauga, a new two-day venue for the show. The event was operated by StyleDemocracy, a leading warehouse sales event management company based in North York.
There was speculation that StyleDemocracy might be taking over both shows but apparently that is not the case as both events are now up for sale.
Established in 1986, the Toronto Bicycle Show has been a popular cycling mainstay in the city and province, marking the kick-off of each cycling season. Held at the CNE for many years the show added E-Bike Expo to its name in 2020 and relocated to The International Centre. Following a four-year hiatus, due to Covid, the show returned in 2024. The Bicycle Fall Blowout Sale was first held in 1999 as a one-day event, also at the CNE.
The opportunity to buy both shows comes with “massive lists for both attendees and exhibitor prospects, along with assistance for the new owners” from the current organizers.
