Trek Bicycle Launches New Powerfly eMTB Models with Bosch Smart System

release by Trek Bicycles

March 27, 2023 - (Waterloo, WI) Today Trek launched new Powerfly models, bringing Bosch’s smart system to every model in the platform. Now, all new Powerfly riders will get more connectivity and customization than ever.

Powerfly with Bosch smart system offers 85Nm of torque that provides plenty of support on punchy climbs, plus intelligent Tour+ and eMTB modes that adjust assist power based on each rider’s terrain and own input for the most natural-feeling assistance.

A compact LED remote allows riders to easily pair the new Powerfly with Bosch’s eBike Flow app that allows users to customize assist, track ride metrics, map out and navigate routes, update wirelessly over Bluetooth, and even provide service recommendations.

Trek equips all Powerfly models with its Removable Integrated Battery (RIB) system. RIB allows riders to easily remove the battery from the down tube for more convenient charging and traveling — all without the need for tools.

New Powerfly models will be available with either a full-color Kiox 300 display or new Intuvia 100 display that provides riders with a wealth of information at a glance, including navigation and smart battery range features. Trek will continue to offer it in both full suspension and hardtail models, as well as Equipped models that combine fun and utility in one package with lights, fenders, and racks.

New Powerfly models are available to order now at Trek retailers.
