May 28, 2021 - Vélo Canada Bikes (VCB) is organizing the 1st Pan Canadian Bike Count June 1st – 6th. Getting a point in time count from coast to coast to coast will give us a great benchmark for year over year comparisons. It will also let communities see who is cycling, where, and when.. and compare to each other.

We are working towards two overarching goals on behalf of a better Canada. They are:
• the establishment of a National Cycling Strategy.
• the establishment of a National Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Fund
To do that we advocate, we educate, we inspire and we act.
Every year we host the national bike summit, a critical gathering of like-minded individuals and organizations. We hear from experts, discuss strategy and meet with MPs, Senators and government staff to make change.We also develop policy, conduct research, connect with the country through media and work hard to create capacity for the tens of thousands of passionate organizations across Canada that care just as much about making cycling better as you.
