October 18, 2026 - On June 29, Rad Life Mobility, a subsidiary of Life Electric Vehicles Holdings, Inc. (Life EV), announced it had acquired QuietKat, an off-road electric bike brand, from Revelyst Inc., a collective of world-class manufacturing brands that design and manufacture sports technology and outdoor gear.

Founded in 2012, QuietKat is recognized as a leading brand in the off-road electric bike category, with a strong reputation among outdoor enthusiasts, hunters, anglers, land managers, and backcountry explorers.

In November 2023, Life EV acquired Serial 1, a premium e-bike brand originally spun off from Harley- Davidson. In March 2026, Life EV secured the winning bid for Rad Power Bikes, which had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in late December 2025 amid severe financial challenges.

With Rad Power Bikes, Serial 1, and now QuietKat, Rad Life Mobility is positioned to serve a broader range of customers while enabling each brand to maintain its own identity, rider community, and product focus.
