release by Larry vs Harry

October 18, 2022 - Dear Customer: We’ve had a quality issue with Easy-Up adjustable stem lifters from BULLITTS sold in 2022, and we’re replacing some of them. This issue can affect your ability to safely steer your BULLITT, so please pay attention if you’ve purchased a BULLITT in 2022.

To see if your Easy-Up needs to be replaced, take a look at the attached chart. Once you’ve checked your Easy-Up against the chart, if you think your Easy-Up needs to be replaced, follow the directions on the flowchart. Make sure you contact the dealer or shop where you bought your BULLITT (unless you bought directly from our Larry vs Harry webshop, then contact us).

In the meantime, securely tighten your Easy-Up before each ride. Read the LONG VERSION below to learn how best to do that.
