November 5, 2026 - (North Vancouver, BC) Mark Moore, a cycling industry veteran with more than 14 years in the industry, has acquired a majority stake in OHM Electric Bikes, the North Vancouver e-bike brand founded in 2005. Moore plans to triple OHM’s production volumes and expand its dealer network. He is investing personally. Terms were not disclosed.

OHM sells through more than 20 dealers across Canada and is recruiting dealers in markets it doesn’t yet serve.
Warranty, service and parts support carry on as before for OHM dealers and the more than 20,000 people riding OHM bikes. Every OHM is certified to the UL 2849 electrical and fire-safety standard.
Founder Michael DeVisser continues as Head of Product Development and General Manager of the OHM Experience Center, the brand’s showroom in North Vancouver. OHM’s next model year is in development, and new bikes will arrive in spring 2027.
“What drew me to OHM is how these bikes hold up, year after year,” said Moore. “Quality like that deserves a company that stands behind it. Every rider and every dealer can count on OHM for service and parts for years to come.”
“Every OHM starts on the North Shore, in the rain and on the hills our riders face every day,” said DeVisser. “Twenty years of that riding is going into the next bikes, and with Mark’s backing we can build them at the scale our riders and dealers have been asking for.”
