Ontario Tech Firm Plans to Reduce Car Usage by Gifting $3,700 eBikes to 54 Staffers

Canadian digital agency Northern Commerce based in London, Ont. will be presenting 54 staff with e-bikes valued at $3,700 in presentation on June 26 as “…an actionable step to combat climate change” reports Forbes.

Andrew McClenaghan, a senior vice president at Northern Commerce and a former chair of Downtown London, the municipal business body, proposed the idea.

McClenaghan is also a new investor in London Bicycle Café, which will be supplying Tern HSD P9 e-cargo bikes, or Vektron Q9 folding e-bikes.
