May 8, 2026 - Volunteer count shifts for Pedal Poll/Sondo Vélo 2026 are available now! Not only are we launching a new mode for this year’s national bicycle count but we are also using a new, custom web app that can handle tallying micromobility traffic AND claiming your local count shift.

While we continue to track vital data for people on bikes, we are expanding our scope to measure the surge in e-bikes, e-scooters, and shared mobility transforming Canadian streets. Your participation provides the snapshot needed to build a stronger, evidence-based case for safer infrastructure.
The count is taking place over 5 days between June 2 and 7 – Choose a date and time that works for you – click here.
