September 9, 2022 - (Amsterdam, NED) Pon Holdings has announced its acquisition of Dutch bicycle brand, Veloretti, with planned overall sales in 2022 of 15,000 e-bikes and 20,000 bicycles estimated at € 42 million.

Established in 2012, Veloretti recently announced collaborations with fashion brands Zara and Scotch & Soda. The company makes stylish e-commuter bikes and city bikes with 26 European countries on board. Veloretti began the distribution of e-bikes last year.

This smaller acquisition follows Pon’s recent takeover of Fazua via Porsche, as the company continues its expansion in two wheels, while withdrawing completely from the oil, gas and adjacent sectors.
